About

We, Mary and Stephanie, met through our passion for exploring innovation in healthcare in September 2021 at MIT, Harvard Medical School’s Healthcare Innovation Bootcamp. We spent countless hours in virtual meetings in their respective time zones – Zurich and Sydney Australia. What started as an educational journey merged into a business endeavor in April 2022. It was quite a surreal experience seeing each other after spending so much time in online meetings and remote pitching sessions.

Nevertheless, we have spent many hours working on Adira. And even more important than discussing solutions, business model go to market strategies – we have spent many hours getting to know each other and building a diverse winning team. We hiked around Switzerland, went horseback riding in the Engadin, discovered the must-see cities in Switzerland and more hidden gems. Learning and understanding each others personal core values is a continuous journey.
